What is lifestyle training

Our lifestyle training is right for you if you have the desire to stop spinning your wheels, and want to learn how to transform your physique forever. We use sustainable methods that allow you to eat real food, and not feel restricted. We teach our clients how to count macronutrients, structure meal plans, and to choose the best options when eating at restaurants.

One of our main goals is to teach clients how to break bad habits, stop with the “all in, or all out mindset,” and to stop yo-yoing. Our clients will leave our programs with the tools they need to lose the fat, and keep it off forever.

Training

When you are a lifestyle client you have a lot of flexibility with training. No gym, no problem. We offer both gym, and home training programs. You decide what your goals are, and how many days you want to train, and you can leave the rest up to us. If you have a last minute work trip, or family vacation we can send you one of our hotel or body weight workout plans! Our workouts don’t require you to spend excessive time in the gym, or doing endless amounts of cardio.

We provide our lifestyle clients with their own set of macro nutrients based on their goals. We educate our clients so they have the knowledge to choose foods they enjoy while also focusing on a well balanced diet. Our nutrition guidance and plans have sustainability, and longevity written all over them.

Mindset

It is no secret that half the battles in our lives happen between our ears. Our fitness journey is no different. At DCP we work with our clients to change their mindset which helps them let go of old habits while forming new owns. Motivation will inevitably dip at times, and the guidance we offer helps our clients to keep going when times are tough. We help you figure out how life stress can get in the way of your goals and how to mitigate it.
